Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history page to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused tool in its original manufacturer packaging with all included accessories and manuals to ensure a full refund.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
